The hotel is conveniently located close to the Thermal center, allowing easy access for those who want to be in direct touch with nature. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. the friendly and helpful staff ensure a good service experience. the breakfast offers a satisfying start to the day, with a variety of tasty options. Guests can also enjoy the facilities such as the playground and playroom for children.
Communication with the staff can be challenging as they primarily speak Hungarian, potentially causing some difficulty for non-Hungarian speakers.

The hotel is conveniently located near the thermal baths, making it a perfect option for those looking for relaxation and wellness options. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food, making it easy to find something for everyone's taste. the hotel also had a playroom for kids which came in handy when we needed a break.

This hotel was in a perfect location, close to the Thermal center and just a short walk from the town centre. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean, and the beds were quite comfy. We enjoyed the good breakfast and the friendly staff.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Great location, in front of Sarvar SPA&Aquapark
Comfortable rooms with big beds. Internal playground for kids. Good breakfast and dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice choices in the restaurant. Clean and modern facilities. Wellness area with saunas and jacuzzi

Had a great Easter break in a hotel near the hot springs. Enjoyed the in-house spa and saunas. The restaurant had excellent light and heavy dishes at reasonable prices. Plus, the breakfast was recommended by other guests. The hotel is located right next to the hot springs and only a short walk from town. , there was a big free parking lot right behind the hotel.
The rooms were small and a bit outdated for the price we paid. , the staff spoke very little English, which made it challenging to communicate.
